Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent Ultimate Match Fusion from collecting additional information from your mobile device by removing the Application from your device. Uninstalling the Application prevents further collection through the game, but does not by itself remove information that was previously transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party providers.

Ultimate Match Fusion is not designed for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age that may apply under local law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in a manner that violates applicable law.
